Our name “Eussenheimer Manufaktur” means manufactory from Eussenheim and expresses what is particularly important to us:
A gentle, traditional craftsmanship with lots of love for detail and nature.
Our microbiological products are produced without artificial additives or heating. The stability and durability is achieved exclusively by fermentation with specific effective microorganisms. This preserves vitamins and enzymes.
Our microorganisms provide solutions for health, household, garden, agriculture, animals, water and environment.
What is special? We ferment different plants according to a special method developed by us and combine different advantages in one product.
We ferment different plants for many months under exclusion of air. These ancient tradition is known by greek Met, Kombucha, Kefir, the Indian Soma or our native lactic fermented vegetables. They all promote digestion, stimulate the immune system and support the balance of the intestinal flora and the overall microbiological situation. Due to the specially developed long-term fermentation, ProTop also achieves a high antioxidant effect.
We produce exclusively according to ecological guidelines and are controlled and certified by Ökop Staubing. DE-037. Our current certificates can be found here.
